Acting as Advocate in Mediation - e-Learning Course
The following topics will be covered within this video lecture; understanding when and when not to engage in civil/commercial mediation as a model for resolving property-based disputes; how to persuade the client to mediate – dealing with his or her questions, and learning the key points to explain; discovering how to persuade your reluctant solicitor, principal or opponent to mediate; as necessary, compiling arguments to resist mediation.
