IT4IT Awareness Course Syllabus
This course comprises four modules consisting of six sections each. At the conclusion of each section, there are five multiple choice questions to help you retain knowledge and check your understanding.
Module One – What’s the Story?
Module One sets the scene by describing an unfolding age of digital disruption (DX), and goes on to sketch the current challenges faced by today’s IT management. The second half of the module then introduces the IT4IT standard and positions it as a response.
